-Last scan failed - try slowing down the scan speed
This error can occur using Onyx PosterShop version 6.0 with a DTP41/T measuring transmissive materials. If this happens, slow motor speed to 1.00 using toolcrib, and try again. This happened with a customer today (2/2/05). I was given this answer by Onyx technical support, I called the customer back and it did indeed solve his problem. Reflective materials will read okay at this motor speed.
