+Install 64-Bit i1Studio Application For ColorMunki Display On MacThe ColorMunki Display software is not 64 bit compatible, and thus will not work on MAC OS 10.15 or higher. However, the latest version of the i1Studio software now supports the ColorMunki Display device and provides 64 bit compatibility. You can download this software at no charge.
To uninstall ColorMunki Display and then install i1Studio 1.5.1, please do the following:Unplug the ColorMunki Display device. To uninstall ColorMunki, delete any of the files or folders that are in the following locations:
- Mac HD/Applications:
- Delete “ColorMunki…” program folder
- Mac HD/Library/
- Application Support:
- Delete “X-Rite” folder
- Delete “ColorMunki…” folder
- ColorPickers:
- Delete “ColormunkiPicker.colorPicker” file
- LaunchDaemons:
- Delete all “x-rite” files
- LaunchAgents:
- Delete all “x-rite” files
- Frameworks:
- Delete all included “X-Rite…” frameworks and aliases
- Logs:
- Delete all colormunki / x-rite related logs
- Mac HD/Users/<user name>/Library/**
- Application Support:
- Delete “ColorMunki” folder
- Logs:
- Delete all colormunki / x-rite related logs
- Preferences:
- Delete all “com.xrite…” preferences files
Restart the computer and then download and install i1Studio 1.5.1 from the following link:https://www.xritephoto.com/ph_product_overview.aspx?ID=2458&Action=Support&SoftwareID=2113Restart the computer, plug in the ColorMunki device, and open the i1Studio to test.** The User Library is hidden by default on Mac. To temporarily reveal the hidden User Library folder is to open Finder. On the Mac's Menu bar at the top, select Go to reveal the drop-down menu and then hold down the Option key (marked ALT) on your keyboard and you will see the “Library” folder appear. You may now select this “Library” folder with your mouse or trackpad. To permanently show your hidden User Library...open Finder, select "Go" in the Mac's Menu bar and choose "Home". Now go to "View" in the Menu bar and choose "Show View Options". Check the "Show Library Folder" check box. Close all windows and close Finder. Open Finder and now there will be a “Library” when you select “Go” in the Mac Menu bar that takes you to the User Library at: Mac HD/Users/<user name>/Library.
