Q: Dual Monitors - Which Applications Support Profiles on Two Monitors

A: Only our most recent releases support multiple display systems. The products that do are:

• MonacoOPTIX 2.0.x ( PRO & standard versions, also known as MonacoOPTIX ^XR )

• MonacoEZcolor 2.6.x

• MonacoPROFILER 4.7.x

• Pulse ColorElite 1.0.x

 Prior versions will not support multiple displays and will generate an error message.

Note: The Macintosh video system natively supports the profiling of dual monitors.  This is generally not true for PC's.  Most PC hardware only provides access to a single Look Up Table (LUT).  Thus while two monitors may be physically attached, they share the same profile.  In the PC world it is generally necessary to install a second video card.
