Q: Hope you can help: I am receiving a warning message, "Display device does not support color correction". Video cards are Matrox g550 and Nvidia G2 MX 100/200. Drivers are updated and we are in admin mode. The LUT checker says everything is ok. The Adobe Gamma does not work either. These video cards have worked well before.

A: Some other software is interfering with our (and Adobe Gamma's) attempt to download a correction table. Several customers have reported situations where component of Microsoft's NetMeeting was preventing the software from running properly. If you are running NetMeeting, temporarily exit and see if this corrects the situation.
