Lester Picker has been photographing since age 11, when his father gave him his first camera. Over the past fifty years, Les has photographed for National Geographic publications, and dozens of magazines, newspapers and corporate clients. His work is on display in galleries, hospitals, offices and private collections. He specializes in travel, landscape and wildlife photography.
Les is an authority on digital printing and wrote a comprehensive book on the subject: "The Art of Fine Art Digital Printing". Les offers digital printing workshops in his studio and lectures widely on the subject. His Portfolio Development weekend workshop is booked a year in advance. Les is a Moab Master and an X-Rite Coloratti and uses both Moab fine art papers and X-Rite calibration tools in his workflow.
