- Monitor calibrator (i.e., i1Display Pro, ColorMunki Display, i1Pro) fails to connect to Mac that has a Thunderbolt-connected display.
- Monitor calibrator (i.e., i1Display Pro, ColorMunki Display, i1Pro) connects fine to iMac or MacBook Pro running OSX 10.6 or higher.
- Customer has successfully profiled the iMac or MacBook Pro prior to connecting a new Apple Thunderbolt Display.
- Customer connects the Thunderbolt Display and then the X-Rite calibration application (ColorMunki Display or i1Profiler) fails to recognize the measurement device.
If the user has connected an X-Rite device to a Thunderbolt display and now the X-Rite profiling software fails to see the device, please follow these steps:

- Disconnect the Thunderbolt Display
- KEEP THE MEASUREMENT DEVICE (i.e., i1Display Pro, ColorMunki Display, i1Pro) PLUGGED INTO THE COMPUTER!
