+Printer Test Chart Prints Too Small Or Rotated On Mac If the i1Studio printer test chart prints with poor orientation on Mac...too small or rotated even though they have the appropriate paper size chosen, follow the steps below to allow the test charts to print properly:
- Quit the i1Studio Software
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
- Choose your intended printer
- Choose a different "Default paper size" (i.e, A3 or Tabloid)
- Close the Printers & Scanners window
- Start i1Studio Software
- Choose "Color Print" and click on the "Print..." button under the image of the test chart (you do not need to send the final print)
- Close the Print window without printing and then close the i1Studio Software
- Go back to Printers & Scanners in System Preferences
- Select your printer and choose "US Letter" or "A4" for the Default paper size. Close System Preferences.
- Open i1Studio and the charts should now print in correct paper size and orientation
