Many software packages will provide updates to support the new hardware directly. If a diagnostic test with the current version of i1Diagnostics (version 4.1.1 as of this draft) results in an error that states that the instrument is corrupt, or fails the test in any other fashion...make sure to install the new DLL or framework into the i1Diagnostics application folder per the instructions at the following link:
