To reset the DTP45 to factory default settings proceed as follows:

1. Press and hold the Operation button on top of the instrument until the LED indicator changes to solid red (approx. 6 seconds).

2. Release and then press the Operation button a second time. The factory defaults are now reinstated.

Note: When performing an Instrument Reset, which restores the X-Rite Factory Defaults, you will have to ensure the correct configuration for your software is then restored.
