Q:  My dongle for my MonacoPROOF 3.7 software no longer works. I have upgraded to OSX 10.3. It shows up in system profiler as "HASP4 USB 1.33" but the little red light in the dongle does not turn on and the software will only go into demo mode.

A:  This situation occurs when dongle driver is not installed.  There is a "Dongle Tools" folder which includes an installation utility for the HASP, "aksusb installer".
