+i1 Match Software Crashing after Saving Profile on a Mac
Q - At the point where the Match software is saving the profile on my Mac, the software crashes. The profile has been saved but the program unexpectedly quits. What could cause this?
A - This commonly happens on Apple G5 computer when the front USB ports are used with an i1 device. It is always best to use the ports on the back of the computer, or use a powered USB hub.
Ports on the Apple Cinema displays often cause anomalies, too, so are best avoided.
