Phil Crow

Commercial and Celebrity Photographer, UK

I am a qualified photographer with over 30 years’ experience and an Associate member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers (ABIPP). For the last 20 years I have worked as an industrial and editorial photographer shooting stills and video at manufacturing facilities as well as customer sites throughout the world. I also work with local and national film and theatre companies and have photographed a number of high-profile celebrities from HM The Queen to comedian Lee Evans as well as spending 3 years working alongside The Red Arrows display team.

I have published a number of books: Portraits in Power, which was commissioned by ALSTOM to celebrate the millennium, while Who’s There For Me was produced with help from BITC and won the 2003 Sieff Award. Both projects were part of my one-man exhibition “Double Exposure” at the Usher Gallery, Lincoln. 2010 saw my fifth publication launched- Lincoln Cathedral: A Journey from Past to Present. 2013 saw me exhibit new work at The Angel Coffee House, sponsored by The University of Lincoln and local businesses. On Your Bike Lincoln was well received and was shown at David Lloyd Burton Waters and at The Collection. I have also exhibited every year since as the official photographer to Lincoln Grand Prix Festival of Cycling weekend.

Over the years I have specialised in large scale installations such as the exterior and interior of The University of Lincoln’s LPAC theatre, with the largest being a 17m x 12m trompe l'oeil in a local Shopping Centre during a major refurbishment.
