Digital Imaging Expert and Adobe Certified Instructor, IT
I studied photography and advertising at school since 1988, when digital cameras was more futuristic than Stark Trek or other SciFi series. At school I learned also to print black & white photos in a darkroom. After the art school I was employed in some prepress agency, first in the world of “manual” prepress, then in the digital one with Mac and Filmsetter, so I could see the entire process where photos are involved, form shot to print.
In 2000 I left my work to became an independent consultant and a trainer for designer and printing industries, that hire my experience in color management and professional layout techniques. I’m an Adobe Certified Instructor for inDesign CS4, Illustrator CS4, Acrobat Pro and Lightroom. I’m also an Apple Certified Professional 10.5. I'm the co-author of a 4DVDs traning seminar about color management and the author of a DVD training seminar about Adobe Bridge CS4 and another one about Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard; both sold by Teacher in a Box. I used to provide consultancies to the italian representative of Adobe, Apple, X-Rite, Wacom.
